About Great Blue Ventures

Brian is an experienced Total Rewards leader, most recently he led Benefits strategy, implementation and administration for AdventHealth, one of the nation’s largest health systems with 90k+ employees and hospitals in 9 states. He also led Total Rewards at McKee Foods, America’s largest family bakery (makers of Little Debbie snacks), with production/distribution centers in 4 states.

His capabilities include strategic benefit design, employee communication/education, merger/acquisition due diligence and implementation. He also has experience in sunsetting legacy benefit plans. His Total Rewards experience is strengthened by his earlier career where he led Strategic Planning, Marketing Communication and Marketing Research efforts.

Brian has an MBA from Stetson University and Compensation (CCP) and Benefits (CBP) certifications from World at Work.

Brian is available for corporate consulting projects as well as interim or fractional work. He is available for individual coaching where his benefit experience brings a unique ability to help clients with benefit enrollment questions.
